Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the ChoiceGrid app (the “Application”) for Android, provided by MheeK-Apps (the “Service Provider”). The Application is intended for use “AS IS”.
Summary
ChoiceGrid is offline-first. Your decision projects, criteria, candidates, scores, preferences, and optional photos are stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not operate a ChoiceGrid user account system and does not receive your project data as part of normal app use.
Data stored on your device
Depending on how you use the Application, it may store on your device:
- Project titles, descriptions, and presets
- Criteria (names, types, weights, hard limits, K.O. flags) and candidate values
- Candidate names, notes, and optional photo references (local URIs / files)
- App settings (language, theme, font size, appearance)
- Purchase entitlement state for ChoiceGrid Pro (via Google Play Billing on device)
If you uninstall the Application or clear its data, local data may be permanently deleted.
Camera and photos
If you choose to attach a photo to a candidate, the Application may access the camera or photo picker with your permission. Photos remain on your device and are not uploaded to servers operated by the Service Provider.
Optional network use
Internet access is not required for core offline use. When online, the Application may:
- Contact Google Play Billing services to offer, restore, or verify the one-time ChoiceGrid Pro product.
The Application does not upload your projects, criteria, candidates, or photos to servers operated by the Service Provider.
Third-party access
Google Play may process purchase-related data under Google’s own terms and privacy policy. The Service Provider may disclose information only where required by law, or in good faith to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud.
Opt-out and deletion
You can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it. Uninstalling removes local Application data from the device according to the operating system.

Data retention
Local data remains on your device for as long as you keep the Application installed. The Service Provider does not retain a cloud copy of your decision projects.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application, contact mheek_apps@pm.me.
Security
The Service Provider aims to protect information processed by the Application through appropriate technical and organisational measures for an offline-first local app. No method of storage is perfectly secure.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By using the Application, you consent to processing as described in this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.
