Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ChoiceGrid mobile application (“App”), provided by MheeK-Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

ChoiceGrid helps you compare options with a weighted decision matrix (criteria, hard limits, K.O. rules, and scores). You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it (except where permitted by law), or use it in a way that violates applicable laws.

Scores and rankings are a decision-support tool — you remain responsible for your final choices.
The App does not provide financial, legal, or professional advice.

2. Free and Pro features

The free tier includes one project and up to three candidates per project, plus criteria editing, scoring, optional local photos, and appearance settings. ChoiceGrid Pro is an optional lifetime in-app purchase via Google Play that may unlock additional projects and more candidates per project.

Pro status is tied to your Google Play account and purchase records.
Refunds follow Google Play refund policies.
Feature availability may change with App updates.

3. User data

You are responsible for data you enter and for any photos you attach. We do not guarantee recovery of lost local data.

4. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

5. Third-party services

The App may rely on third-party services (notably Google Play Billing). Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers and may affect App functionality.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any data loss or decisions arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
