Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the FitMeFinder Android application (the “Application”) provided by MheeK-Apps (the “Service Provider”). By installing or using the Application, you agree to these terms.
Licence
The Service Provider grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Application on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Google Play’s terms.
Nature of the service
FitMeFinder helps you store measurements, scan labels, and receive clothing size suggestions. Recommendations are estimates based on the data you provide and on-device heuristics. They are not a guarantee of fit, medical advice, or a substitute for trying garments on.
Premium purchases
Optional paid features may be offered through Google Play Billing (product id fitmefinder_premium).
Purchases, refunds, and subscription or one-time product rules are handled by Google Play under Google’s policies.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Application or attempt to disrupt Google Play Billing or device security features.
- Do not use the Application where prohibited by law.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements and other data you enter.
Intellectual property
The Application, branding, and related materials remain the property of the Service Provider or its licensors. You may not reverse engineer the Application except where applicable law expressly allows.
Disclaimer
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Size recommendations may be wrong; always verify garment sizing before purchase where possible.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from incorrect size advice, clothing purchases, or reliance on OCR results.
Privacy
How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date will change when updates are published at https://mheek-apps.com/fitmefinder/terms.html.
