Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Holiday Tracel app (the “Application”) for Android, provided by Mheek-Apps (the “Service Provider”). The Application is intended for use “AS IS”.

Summary

Trip finances stay on your device unless you choose optional features that need the network (Google Play Billing, advertising, receipt scanning, or cloud backup). The Service Provider does not operate a Holiday Tracel user account on its own servers.

Data stored on your device

Trips, expenses, merchants, categories, notes, and cash balances
Currencies and conversion values you use
Map-related locations you attach to spend
Receipt images and OCR results
App settings, including biometric lock preferences
Exports you create and Play Billing entitlement for Premium

Optional network use

Location — only if you use map or place features
Camera / photos — only if you scan or attach receipts
Google Play Billing — Premium
Google Drive — only if you enable backup (drive.file scope)
Advertising — the Play listing states the app contains ads, served by Google advertising services

Children

The Application is not directed at children.

Sharing and sale

Mheek-Apps does not sell your trip ledger. Data leaves the device when you use optional network features or when you yourself export or share a file.

Your rights

You can export or delete trips in the app and clear app data in Android settings. Contact mheek_apps@pm.me.
