Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the LogiCut app (the “Application”) for Android devices, provided by the app owner (the “Service Provider”). The Application is intended for use “AS IS”.
Overview
LogiCut is an offline-first sheet and material cutting optimiser. Your projects, parts, Material Box inventory, tool presets, optimisation layouts, and local backups are stored on your device. The Application does not require an account and does not sync your workshop data to a Service Provider cloud.
Information collection and use
Depending on how you use the Application, the following may apply:
- Local app data: project names, part dimensions, sheet/offcut inventory, tool kerf/trim settings, optimisation results, and settings such as units and theme — stored locally (for example via on-device database and preferences).
- Optional media permissions (Pro features): camera for AR sheet overlay; microphone for on-device voice commands. These are used only when you enable the related feature. Recognition and overlay processing happen on your device.
- Purchases: lifetime Pro unlocks are processed by Google Play Billing. The Application receives purchase status to unlock Pro features; the Service Provider does not receive your payment card details.
The Application does not gather precise location information about your mobile device.
Data that stays on your device
- Projects, parts, sheets, offcuts, and tool presets
- Cut layouts, cut-guide progress, and JSON backups you create
- Defect zones you mark in AR overlay (used for re-optimisation on device)
- Voice commands processed by on-device speech recognition / TTS (not uploaded by LogiCut)
Network use
Day-to-day optimisation and workshop features work without an internet connection. Network access is used for Google Play services related to purchasing and restoring Pro. The Service Provider does not operate a LogiCut cloud backend for your inventory or cut plans.
Third-party access
Google Play may process purchase-related data under Google’s own terms and privacy policy. The Service Provider may disclose information only where required by law, or in good faith to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud, or with processors who must follow instructions and protect the data.
Opt-out and deletion
You can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it. Uninstalling removes local Application data from the device according to the operating system. You may revoke camera or microphone permission at any time in Android settings.

Data retention
Local data remains on your device for as long as you keep the Application installed (and any backups you export). The Service Provider does not retain a cloud copy of your workshop inventory.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application, contact mheek_apps@pm.me.
Security
The Service Provider aims to protect information processed by the Application through appropriate technical and organisational measures for an offline-first local app. No method of storage is perfectly secure.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By using the Application, you consent to processing as described in this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.
