Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LogiCut mobile application (“App”), provided by the app owner (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
LogiCut helps you plan and optimise 2D sheet cutting, manage stock/offcuts, and follow workshop cut instructions. You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it (except where permitted by law), or use it in a way that violates applicable laws.
- Optimisation results are decision support — always verify cuts, kerf, and fence settings before machining.
- You are responsible for safe workshop practice and tool operation.
2. Free and Pro features
The free tier includes limited projects, parts, offcuts, and tool presets, plus a manual cut guide. LogiCut Pro is an optional lifetime in-app purchase via Google Play that may unlock unlimited projects/parts, Material Box capacity, custom tool presets, offline voice guide, AR overlay, and export/backup features.
- Pro status is tied to your Google Play account and purchase records.
- Refunds follow Google Play refund policies.
- Feature availability may change with App updates.
3. Permissions
Camera and microphone permissions are requested only for optional Pro features (AR overlay and voice control). You may deny or revoke these permissions; core offline optimisation remains available without them.
4. User data and backups
You are responsible for data you enter and for any JSON backups you export or restore. We do not guarantee recovery of lost local data. Maintain your own backups where appropriate.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
6. Third-party services
The App may rely on third-party services (notably Google Play Billing). Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers and may affect App functionality.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Optimisation algorithms may not find a perfect nesting for every job.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any data loss, material waste, or machining damage arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
