Terms of Service

Effective date: 23 August 2026 · App: ChargeMate (com.mk.chargemate)

By downloading or using ChargeMate (the “Application”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Application for personal battery monitoring on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Google Play’s terms.

Not professional advice

ChargeMate shows battery figures supplied by Android (level, speed, health estimates, time to full). These are helpers only. They are not medical, electrical, or safety advice, and they may be inaccurate depending on the device, charger, and operating system. You remain responsible for charging your device safely and following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Your data

Charging history and settings stay on your device unless you use Google Play for purchases or Android backup copies app data. You are responsible for keeping the device secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Application, including attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt services, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party terms of service.

ChargeMate Premium / purchases

Optional Premium features may be offered as a one-time in-app product through Google Play Billing (product id premium_upgrade). Purchases, refunds, restore, and promotional codes are handled by Google Play under Google’s policies. Premium features may change over time as the Application evolves. In-app codes that previously unlocked Premium locally are no longer accepted; use Play Console codes in Google Play.

Notifications and widget

Notifications and the home-screen widget depend on device settings, battery optimizations, and whether the Application is running. The Application cannot guarantee every alert under all device conditions.

Third-party services

The Application may use Google Play Billing for purchases, distribution, and promotional-code redemption. Availability and terms of those services are controlled by Google.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, device damage, or missed charging alerts arising from your use of the Application.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms published at https://mheek-apps.com/chargemate/terms.html.
