This privacy policy applies to the 4-in-a-Row app (the “Application”) for Android, provided by Mheek-Apps (the “Service Provider”). The Application is intended for use “AS IS”.

Summary

4-in-a-Row contains no ads. The Play Data safety form currently declares no data collected and no data shared with third parties. The Service Provider does not operate a user account system. Names, colour presets, and game settings stay on your device unless you start an online room, which uses the network only to play a match.

Data stored on your device

Depending on how you use the Application, it may store on your device:

Game settings (theme, sound, animation, language)
Custom player names you type
Local match state and undo history
Purchase entitlement state for Premium (via Google Play Billing on device)

If you uninstall the Application or clear its data, local data may be permanently deleted.

Optional network use

Internet access is not required for local play or AI. When online, the Application may:

Connect two devices through a short room code so you can play a match.
Contact Google Play Billing services to offer, restore, or verify the one-time Premium product (AI levels 4–6).

The Application does not upload your game history to servers operated by the Service Provider.

Permissions

Depending on features you use, the Application may request:

Internet — optional online rooms
Billing — Google Play purchases

Children

The Application is not directed at children. Do not use the Application if you are not allowed to do so under applicable law.

Data sharing and sale

The Service Provider does not sell your play data. Data leaves your device only when you use optional online rooms or Google Play Billing, or when you yourself share the device.

Third-party services

Google Play / Play Billing — purchases and distribution

Those services have their own privacy policies.

Security

Protect your device with a lock screen. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
