Terms of Service
By downloading or using 4-in-a-Row (the “Application”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal play on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Google Play’s terms.
Acceptable use
You may use the Application for lawful, personal play. You agree not to misuse online rooms, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the Application, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party terms of service.
Premium / purchases
Optional Premium features (higher AI levels) may be offered as a one-time in-app product through Google Play Billing. Purchases, refunds, and restore flows are handled by Google Play under Google’s policies. Premium features may change over time as the Application evolves.
Online rooms
Online play depends on network availability. Room codes are for connecting two players for a match. We do not guarantee uninterrupted match quality.
Third-party services
The Application may use Google Play Billing for purchases and distribution. Availability and terms of those services are controlled by Google.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Application.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms published at https://mheek-apps.com/fourinarowpro/terms.html.
