Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Last Signal app (the “Application”) for Android, provided by MheeK-Apps (the “Service Provider”). The Application is intended for use “AS IS”.
Summary
Last Signal is on-device. Colony saves, settings, and campaign unlock state are stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not operate a Last Signal user account and does not receive your game save as part of normal app use. There is no in-app analytics SDK and no Firebase.
Data stored on your device
Depending on how you use the Application, it may store on your device:
- Colony save data (resources, buildings, research, personnel, expedition progress, story flags)
- Game settings (for example ironman mode and similar preferences)
- Purchase entitlement state for the full campaign unlock (via Google Play Billing on device)
If you uninstall the Application or clear its data, local data may be permanently deleted. If Android backup is enabled for the app, the operating system may include Last Signal data in device backups.
Optional network use
Internet access is not required for core single-player play. When online, the Application may:

Contact Google Play Billing to offer, restore, or verify the one-time full-campaign product

last_signal_full_campaign). - Open this website (privacy policy, terms) or your email app when you follow Legal links.
The Application does not upload colony saves, story choices, or play history to servers operated by the Service Provider.
Permissions
Depending on features you use, the Application may request:
- Billing — Google Play purchases and restore
- Internet — only for Play Billing and optional Legal links
Children
The Application is not directed at children. Do not use the Application if you are not allowed to do so under applicable law.
Data sharing and sale
The Service Provider does not sell your game save or play data. Data leaves your device only when you use optional Google Play Billing, when you open Legal links, or when Android backup (if enabled) copies app data.
Third-party services

Those services have their own privacy policies.
Security
We design the Application to keep your data on-device. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Protect your device with a lock screen.
Your rights and choices
Because most data stays on your device, you can delete it by clearing app data or uninstalling Last Signal. For privacy questions about the Application, contact mheek_apps@pm.me.
