By downloading or using Last Signal (the “Application”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Application for personal entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Google Play’s terms.
Entertainment only
Last Signal is a work of fiction and a game. It is not survival, medical, military, or professional advice. Outcomes in the game are for entertainment and do not reflect real-world guidance.
Your data
Colony saves and settings stay on your device unless you use Google Play for purchases or Android backup copies app data. You are responsible for keeping the device secure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Application, including attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt services, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party terms of service.
Full campaign / purchases
Optional full-campaign content may be offered as a one-time in-app product through Google Play Billing
(product id last_signal_full_campaign). Purchases, refunds, and restore are handled by
Google Play under Google’s policies. Unlockable content may change over time as the Application evolves.
Third-party services
The Application may use Google Play Billing for purchases, distribution, and restore. Availability and terms of those services are controlled by Google.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data arising from your use of the Application.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms published at https://mheek-apps.com/lastsignal/terms.html.
